Sugar glue in powder 20g
Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose E466
Application: Glue the sugar and marzipan decors, ideal for for giving the flexibility and stability. Add one teaspoon of glue powder to 10 teaspoons water, leave for 24 hours, use as glue. Dilute with water if necessary.
The powdered glue CMC is used as a stable and plasticiser, ideal for increasing the weight and the viscosity of sugar and marzipan.
Store in dry and cool place!
