Piping Gel 200g

Ingredients: Silicon dioxide E551, flavouring, emulsifier: soya lecithin E322, preservative: E202, acidity adjuster: citric acid E330.

Application: May be used on confectionery surfaces to produce '' watery 'or' frosty 'effects. Can be used as a glaze, it can also be coloured with food colours. Product is thermoresistant.

Store in dry and cool place!
