Cocoa butter Carmine-red 100g
Ingredients: Cocoa butter, emulsified soya lecithin E322 (allergen); dye: E122
Application: After opening, put in a warm water bath, steam or microwave oven to 3 min. To achieve a luminous effect, use when temperatures within 30 - 33 °C. ALWAYS SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE! Dye for food, not intended for direct consumption. Suitable for staining all forms of chocolate, cocoa butter or fat icing. Can be sprayed using a chocolate airbrush.
Dosage: For lacquers, coatings 2g/kg
Dye E122 can adversely affect children's activity and attention.
Store in dry and cool place!
