Red dye for white chocolate
Ingredients: Vegetable oil, E476, dyes: E122, E129, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, polysorbate E433, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392.
Application: Chocolate colors are used for coloring chocolate glazes, decorations and coatings, as well as for coloring various fat masses and fat creams.
This product stands out for its strong color saturation. To get the best effect, the product must be shaken before use!
Dose: For confectionery products - 0.9 g/kg, excluding candied fruits and vegetables. For decorations, coatings – 0.9 g/kg.
Store in a cool and dry place!
