Apricot colorant in gel for chocolate 35g
Ingredients: E120, E160a, emulsifier soy lecithin E322, antioxidant rosemary extract E392, vegetable oil.
Application: Specialised in fat soluble colour, for chocolate, fatty masses and cream. Perfect for pralines, chocolate details and decorations.
Dosage: 50-83g/kg. May contain a small amount of oil. Shake before use. After opening keep product from +3 degrees to +18 degrees celsius. Intended for food production, not for direct use.
Store in dry and cool place!
