Application: Fondant, marzipan, cream, royal icing. Gel colours are easy to apply. Dye to powerful concentration, intense and vivid colours can be achieved even in small doses. Gel colours ensures evenly coloured product with no addition of water required. Gluten free.

Dosing: Other confectionery including breath freshening microsweets: 6,5 g/1 kg of a finished product. Category no. 05.4: Decorations, coatings and fillings, except fruit-based fillings 10,5 g/1 kg of a finished product. Dye for food, not intended for direct consumption. Dye E129 can adversely affect children's activity and attention.
