Ingredients: Glicerine E422, Glucose syrup, water, dye(s): Indigo Carmine E132, Black PN E151, thickener: modified corn starch E1422, Aroma, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, pH stabilizer: citric acid E330.

Application: Fondant, marzipan, cream, royal icing. Gel colours are easy to apply. Dye to powerful concentration, intense and vivid colours can be achieved even in small doses. Gel colours ensures evenly coloured product with no addition of water required. Gluten free.

Dosing: Other confectionery including breath freshening microsweets: 5 g/1 kg of a finished product. Decorations, coatings and fillings, except fruit-based fillings 9g/1 kg of a finished product. Dye for food, not intended for direct consumption.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place!
