Ingredients: Glicerine E422, Glucose syrup, water, dye(s): Sunset Yellow E110, Ponceau 4R E124, Indigotine E132, thickener: modified corn starch E1422, Aroma, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, pH stabilizer: citric acid E330.

Application: Fondant, marzipan, cream, royal icing. Gel colours are easy to apply. Dye to powerful concentration, intense and vivid colours can be achieved even in small doses. Gel colours ensures evenly coloured product with no addition of water required. Gluten free.

Dosing : Other confectionery including breath freshening microsweets: 1,45 g/1 kg of a finished product. Decorations, coatings and fillings, except fruit-based fillings 1,45 g/1 kg of a finished product. Dye for food, not intended for direct consumption. Dye E110, E124 can adversely affect children's activity and attention.
