Ingredients: Glicerine E422, Glucose syrup, water, dye(s): Iron Oxides E172, thickener: modified corn starch E1422, Aroma, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, pH stabilizer: citric acid E330.

Application: Fondant, marzipan, cream, royal icing. Gel colours are easy to apply. Dye to powerful concentration, intense and vivid colours can be achieved even in small doses. Gel colours ensures evenly coloured product with no addition of water required. Gluten free.

Decorations, coatings and fillings, except fruit-based fillings: quantum satis. Dye for food, not intended for direct consumption.
