New white dye in gel 35g

Ingredients: Dye: E170; glycerin E422, water, emulsifier: E551, E530.

Application: Fondant, marzipan, cream, royal icing. Gel colours are easy to apply. Dye to powerful concentration, intense and vivid colours can be achieved even in small doses. Gel colours ensures evenly coloured product with no addition of water required. Gluten free.

Recommended dosage: Quantum satis.

Acceptable dosage: Confectionery: quantum satis. Decorations and coatings: quantum satis. Pastry: quantum satis. Ice cream: quantum satis.
