Dark violet dye in gel BERRY MADNESS 20g
Ingredients: Glycerol E422; glucose syrup; water; dyes: E122, E151; emulsifier: E464; flavouring; preservative: E202; pH stabiliser citric acid E330.
Usage: Used in chocolate fondantes, sugar masses, marzipan, creams, glazes, almond biscuits. Only a small drop is needed to get strong and intense shades. The bottle is closed securely, it is impossible for the colour to drain or dry.
Dosage: For confectionery products, max 2 g per 1 kg of product; decoration, glazes, decorations, fillings (excluding fruit-based) - max 2 g per 1 kg product.
Intended for food production, not for direct consumption!
Store in dry and cool place!
