Yellow dye SUPER GEL 20g

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, glucose syrup, water, dye: E102; thickener: E1422, preservatives: E202, pH stabiliser citric acid E330.

Dosage: For confectionery products only (excluding cocoa and chocolate) - max 5.6 g per 1 kg product; only for lacquers, decorations, fillings (excluding fruit-based) - max 9.4 g per 1 kg product. The recommended dose of 1 g/kg. 

Application: Jelly dye is a universal water soluble dye, easy to use (do not need to be diluted with water), concentrated and intended for a wide range of products: jellies, marzipan, sugar masses, glazes, creams, etc. Due to their high concentration, the result will be achieved at very low doses.

Dye E102 can adversely affect children's activity and attention. Does not contain gluten. Intended for food production, not for direct consumption!

Store in dry and cool place!
