Pistachio Green 60ml

Ingredients: Water; dyes: E102, E133; aroma; preservative E202; pH stabiliser E330.

Dyes for creams, cakes, irises, marzipan, sugar masses. Intended to be sprayed with a airbrush, obtaining bright and vivid colors. They can also be used to color ice cream, carbonated drinks, juices, candies, pastes and fruit fillings.

Application: Spray on the surface of the products to be decorated with the airbrush until the desired tone is reached.

Dosage: Confectionery products max dosage - 6.5 g/kg, in lacquers, ornaments, fillings - 11.0 g/kg.

If the product is diluted with water, alcohol must be added. The diluted product may be used as a liquid food colour. Dye E122 can adversely affect children's activity and attention. Intended for food production, not for direct consumption!

Store in dry and cool place!
