Ingredients: Water, aroma, colouring matter Carthamus, preservatives: ascorbic acid E300, potassium sorbate E202.

Dosage: 0.5-3g per 1 kg of product. Shake before using! It is a natural water soluble colourant for the widest use: drinks, ice cream, creams, cocktails, icings, jellies, deserts, cakes, cookies and more.

This colourant paints product from light yellow to bright green yellow shade. Intended for food production, not for direct human consumption!

Store in dry and cool place!
