Ingredients: Water, colouring matter Carthamus (safflower flower extract), Carmines E120, aroma, preservatives: ascorbic acid E300, potassium sorbate E202.

Dosage: 0,5-5 g per 1 kg product. Shake before using! It is a natural water soluble colourant for the widest use: drinks, ice cream, creams, cocktails, icings, jellies, deserts, cakes, cookies and more.

This colourant paints product from from orange red to bright red shade. Intended for food production, not for direct human consumption!

Store in dry and cool place!
