Dosage: 0,5-5 g per 1 kg product.

Application: Shake before using! It is a natural water soluble colourant for the widest use: drinks, ice cream, creams, cocktails, icings, jellies, deserts, cakes, cookies and more.

This colourant paints product from pale gray to blue-black shade. Intended for food production, not for direct human consumption!

Store in dry and cool place!
