Dosage: 0.5 - 5g per 1 kg product. Shake before using! It is a natural water soluble colourant for the widest use: drinks, ice cream, creams, cocktails, icings, jellies, deserts, cakes, cookies and more.

This colourant paints product from raspberry red to blueberry red. shade. Intended for food production, not for direct human consumption!
