Ingredients: E122, E151.

Application: For use in fondants, marzipan, creams, lacquers, drinks and other water-based products.

Dosing: Decorations, coatings and fillings, except fruit-based fillings: 0.10 g/1 kg of a finished product. Other confectionery products 0.10g/kg. Ice cream: 0.10g/kg.  In bagels, cakes: 0.10g/kg

Store in a cool, dry and dark place!
