Usage: Used mainly in fondantes, icing, creams, biscuits, but may also be used in drinks, jellies, jam and other water-based products.

Dosage: For confectionery products, max 9,6 g per 1 kg of product; decoration, glazes, decorations, fillings (excluding fruit-based) - max 16,0 g per 1 kg product.
