Natural colour set 8 x 3g

Powdered food dyes natural: lemon yellow, sunflower yellow, sunflower orange, pink, strawberry red, gooseberry green, red blue, coffee brown.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin (potato); dyes: riboflavin E101, carmines E120, beta carotene E160a, chlorophylline E141, antocyanin E163, brown caramel E150d; antioxidant: rosemary extract E392; anti-caking agent E551, potassium hydroxide E525, citric acid, modified, starch (more information in the pack).

We have prepared a set for you of 8 different dyes that can be used to colour pastry, creams, drinks, jellies, etc. Each small container (3 g) is designed to cover approximately 0.5 kg of finished product.

Use: The contents of the small container must be dissolved in a small amount of liquid (water, milk, sweet cream). The dissolved colourant is then added in small portions to the rest of the mass until the desired tone is reached.
