Chocolate desert colour aerosol Velvet Spray 250ml
Ingredients: Propellants: E943a, E943b, E944, cocoa butter, white chocolate, vegetable oil, emulator, soy lecithin E322, dye: E172; antioxidant E392.
Application: Designed to decorate and colour the surfaces of various confectionery products. The surfaces must be refrigerated. Shake before use! Spray in a thin and smooth layer, holding the spray 15-25 cm from the surface. Allow to dry.
Product must be properly prepared for work to give the best effect. heat it up in a water bath before use. to achieve the desired consistency, warm the container evenly, then shake. Remember not to exceed the temperature of 50 degrees. If the ball moves freely within mass, you can start applying the product. Apply to well-chilled surfaces from a distance of approx. 25 cm under a fume hood or a suitable cover. You can apply velvet in layers. Allow to dry before applying the next layer. After finishing work, put the cake or decoration in the fridge immediately.
Dosage: 25g/kg
