What food colours are best suited for creams?

The water-soluble food colors matter shall colour the part of the cream free of fat. If the butter is not the largest part of the cream, the water-soluble colouring matter is best suited, it is easiest to work with 20 ml, 40 ml, 135 ml or 250 ml of liquid colours or gel colours: 20 g Power Gel, 20 g Super Gel or 35 g Gel.

Which food colours should be used for the most vivid tones?

Best to use Gel food colours or powdered food colours in 20 g packs.
